Our Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

How quickly we prepare and confirm your shipment.

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt.
  • If a selected item is out of stock, we will notify the ordering contact promptly with ETA and options.
  • Bulk or custom orders may require confirmation of shipping method and costs before dispatch; our team will contact you for approval.

Note: Processing time may be longer for large custom orders or during peak seasons.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Carriers, transit times, and geographic limits.

  • We primarily ship via USPS. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days depending on destination and weather.
  • We currently only ship within the United States. We do not process international orders at this time.
  • Phone orders: shipping and delivery estimates provided at order time based on availability and carrier options.

3. Shipping Rates

How shipping charges are calculated.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and carrier rates.
  • To reflect carrier practice, all package weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
  • For very large shipments (50kg, 100kg or palletized freight), extra charges may apply — we will contact you with exact shipping quotes prior to shipment.

4. Reshipments

Returned packages, address issues, and timelines.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, reshipment may incur additional charges depending on actual cost to reship.
  • Returned packages will be reshipped (using our chosen method) within 5–7 business days after we receive corrected information and accept any applicable reship fees.
  • Refunds for returned packages are processed within 5–7 business days of the package being received back at our facility.
  • Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Raysut Botanicals is no longer responsible for reshipment.

5. Lost Packages

Investigations and next steps if a shipment doesn't arrive.

  • Orders not delivered within 14 business days (domestic U.S.) are eligible for a lost-package investigation and possible reshipment.
  • To start an investigation, please email sales@raysutbotanicals.com with your order number and shipping address.
  • We typically open an investigation that takes 2–5 business days. If the order is confirmed lost, we will reship the order at no additional charge.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the United States. We do not process international orders.

How long until my bulk sample arrives?

Bulk samples are usually processed within 72 hours; transit depends on carrier. For urgent shipments, speak to our sales team prior to ordering.

Who do I contact about shipping charges for large orders?

Email sales@raysutbotanicals.com and include your order size, full ship-to address, and preferred carrier if any.
